Refund Policy

1. Full Refunds (within 7 days):

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than 10% of the course content or booked any 1:1 coaching calls.

2. Partial Refunds (within 14 days):

If you cancel between 8-14 days after purchase, a 50% refund will be issued, as long as no 1:1 calls have been scheduled or completed.

3. No Refunds After 14 Days:

After 14 days from the date of purchase, no refunds will be issued. This is because substantial course materials will be available, and you’ll be eligible to book your 1:1 calls, which are typically scheduled starting in Week 3.

4. Non-Refundable Services:

Once a 1:1 coaching call has been booked or completed, no refunds will be provided, regardless of when the cancellation request is made.

5. Participation Clause:

Refunds are not provided if you choose not to complete the course, or if you do not schedule or attend the 1:1 coaching calls within the course timeframe.

5. Special Circumstances:

In cases of medical emergencies or other significant unforeseen events, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Proof of the situation may be required, and any coaching calls already completed will be deducted from the refund amount.
